Trigger type attributes

It's possible today to define an automated action for a card when moved to a defined group.

But, it's not possible to do it when an attribute takes a precise value.

It would be very appreciated to be able to define automated actions when changing the value of an attribute.

Better : be able to define automated actions based on "trigger" type attribute (KQL based expression type returning TRUE for example)

For example :
I have a card with a ROI field formula calculated from a business value and story points.
I would like to have a "trigger" type attribute which defines :
- the condition for trigger (for example : ROI < 10)
- the action to perform (for example : move to a group "Not interesting")

Adding, renaming and using of custom field-section in a project-card does not work

If you open a project-card and want to add a new section into the activities-section, the created fields are not editable afterwards. Neither in renaming nor in reordering.

Possibility to add pictures to column discription

Hi. I would like to have the possibility to add a picture/thumbnail to a discription of a column. Sometimes a picture says more than a thousand words...

Selecting various cards on various columns
I've stumbled on something very annoying: the inability to select various cards at once to, then, apply an action. I'll give an example:
Let's say that I want to delete 7 cards that are spread on various columns: there's no way to delete them all at once! I've considered to:

Create a temporary column (list), put all the cards there, then delete the column. However, the column is deleted and the cards appear out of any list, meaning that, in any way, I'll have to delete them one-by-one.

Yet putting the cards to delete in a column, on the column actions, there's no button to delete all the cards at once, so there's no way of doing it;

I've noticed, also, that it's not possible to delete various sub-cards at once, so it's really annoying...

Could you please take this into consideration?

Change size of cards in modal-window view

Sometimes I have very wide picture attachments. They are shown very small because of the limited column width. When the card is docked on the right side of the screen I can make the cards wider, but when it is in modal-window view I can't change the size. Would be great to have this option in modal-window view too.

How to map a range of values to a T-shirt-size-like range (eg S/M/L)?

I would like to:
- set value2 to S If value1 is between 0 and 20
- set value2 to M If value1 is between 20 and 40
- set value2 to L If value1 is between 40 and 60

This would allow me to roll up the calculated field value1 into the value2 categories, useful when eg reporting.

Group on calculated fields

At this moment (the calculated fields being very new) you cannot group using a 'formula field' in Kanban view. It would be very convenient if this could be done in the future.

(I realise that the calculated field could have many different values requiring as many columns to be displayed. So this might be a pitfall for an user. The user should organise the info in order to prevent to many different field values.)

Nice A5 or A6 print per Card

It would be great to easily print out all cards currently visible (depending on the Filter settings) in a neat, small template format (eg A5 or A6 in Europe). These bulk-printed cards could than eg be used on a physical wall.

(Inspired by the Trello Power-up 'Agile Cards - print your board' from Spartez)

Epic-Oriented Timeline view

Having an Epic-Oriented timeline view (with "sub-timelines" containing Epic's cards) would be useful for planning macros and products' roadmaps.

This would reduce the need to specify every Epic's task at early project stages when designing a roadmap.

User timezone is already automatically taken into consideration on dates and times. User language as well (for display purpose). If you found some cases here it doesn’t seem to be, please, let us know!
However, it is not yet possible to choose a timezone, it is automatically attributed, based on your computer’s timezone.
Suivi des demandes par formulaire

Hello,
Lorsqu'un utilisateur souhaite suivre le traitement d'une demande effectuée par formulaire, la page de suivi ne propose que les champs qui ont été remplis lors de la demande.

Il serait utile de pouvoir ajouter des champs sur cette vue de suivi uniquement qui permettrait à l'utilisateur d'avoir un retour plus détaillé sur l'avancement. Les commentaires peuvent permettre cette communication mais ce n'est pas très commode.

Exemple de cas :
- Je soumets une anomalie avec une criticité "bloquante"
- Lors de l'analyse, l'anomalie peut être requalifiée "majeure" ou "mineure". Dans mon cas, j'utilise également cette requalification pour indiquer une anomalie en doublon ou rejetée suite à l'analyse.
- Dans la page de suivi de la demande, ce serait bien de pouvoir afficher ce champ de requalification et un champ d'analyse pour expliquer cette requalification sans avoir à passer par un commentaire.

On peut également améliorer le système en conditionnant l'affichage de ces champs en fonction de l'avancement de la demande (pour quels groupes du contexte servant de suivi on autorise l'affichage de ces champs)

Percentage in the main card being affected by sub cards, sub sub cards and so on
I would like to propose the feature in wich we can see sub tasks and sub sub tasks changing the percentage progress bar of the mother card. I'll give an example below:

Card School and test preparation
Progress Bar > > 63%
• Buy office materials
o pen (completed)
o paper (completed)
o eraser
• Study for the test
o Math
o Physics
 2nd Newton Law (completed)
 Cinematics
• Send e-mail to professor about space physics article (completed)

Detailed explanation:

Here, we have 3 main tasks (33,3%) for each one;

On the first task, we have 3 sub-tasks, so we have 33% of 33% for each sub task (so it has a weight of 33% times 33%, wich is 10,89%);

On the second task, we have two sub tasks and two sub-sub tasks on the second task, wich means that, for each sub sub task, we would have 50% of %50% of 33%, and that is 8,25%: a. 50% for each sub sub task within the sub task; b. 50% for each sub task within the task; c. 33% for the task

Actual calculation: a. For the first task, we have two sub tasks completed, so we have 66% of 33% (21,78%); b. For the second task, we have only one sub sub task completed, that is 50% of 50% of 33% (8,25%); c. For the last task, we have it completed, so its 33%; d. The sum is (21,78 + 8,25 + 33)%, with results in 63%, with would be shown within the mother card that contains all this tasks, sub tasks and sub sub tasks.

The example is quite logical, but of course this feature would extend to sub sub sub cards, sub sub sub sub cards and so on, that's my idea (and yes, I would use it a lot!)

Last, but not least, it would be nice to see the card's progress bar at a board level as well.
I hope that my logic is satisfactory and well explained. It’s a really good feature to have for people that like (and need) details for reports like me and the only missing feature that I’ve seen on other similar softwares. Please, consider doing it

Form improvements

Hello,
I'm working on the form feature of Kantree and the feedback about the content that I have : it's very poor.

I would like to know if it's possible to setup a picture in the form (for example : company logo or a background) and even more color/pictures personalization ?

Then, sometimes I would like to describe a process before a question: I would like to give links in the form to let the user setup an Excel sheet.
The feature "Description" of the field is not very useful to answer this request.
